Georgia (2023)
I represented Emory University at the 30-year celebration between the Emory School of Medicine and the Republic of Georgia. We met with the Ministry of Science and Education and the President of Tbilisi State Medical University.
India (2023)
I managed the key international partnership meetings and logistical details for a 10-person delegation including the Vice President and Provost of Emory University. This included visits to the Department of Biotechnology, the Indian Institute of Science, and the International Center of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology.
South Korea (2022)
I managed the key international partnership meetings and logistical details for a 10-person delegation including the President of Emory University. I managed the meetings at Yonsei University, Seoul National University, and the U.S. Embassy in Seoul.

Puerto Rico (2012; 2019)
I led a group of undergraduate students to Puerto Rico for a week-long service learning project as a part of a semester course.
I conducted interviews of in Puerto Rico as a part of a qualitative research study investigating international students' experiences.
United Arab Emirates (2016 - 2018)
I worked at Zayed University as an instructor and faculty advisor, teaching two courses to undergraduate students
I conducted research on the experience of international students and their engagement with Emirati students
I presented at a NASPA conference in the UAE about the role of faculty advisors
Ghana (2017)
I presented and attended the International Association of Universities Annual Conference in Accra.
Luxembourg (2017)
I presented and attended the Transatlantic Dialogue at the University of Luxembourg.
China (2014)
I was the Emory staff representative at an event in Beijing for incoming undergraduate students. I also visited with alumni and current students while I was there.
Iceland (2013)
I co-taught a Maymester 10-day study abroad program and course for 30 undergraduate students.
Ecuador (2007; 2010)
I was the co-instructor on a Maymester two-week study abroad program for Capstone Scholar undergraduate students.
I lived in Quito for three months where I learned Spanish, lived with a host family, and volunteered at Remar Orphanage.
El Salvador (2006)
I went with a group of 10 other students to volunteer and serve the community of Santa Ana in El Salvador.
Scotland (2006)
I studied abroad for a semester at Strathclyde University in Glasgow, Scotland.
