I have experience teaching graduate and undergraduate students in both virtual and face-to-face formats. My current graduate courses that I teach focus on preparing students for their dissertations, Research Design, and Quantitative Research Methods.
I have also co-taught graduate courses including Research Design and Analysis, Higher Education Politics and Policy, Global and Intercultural Perspectives on Higher Education, and Internship in Higher Education.
I have taught undergraduate courses including the Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Life Skills, Service Learning, Study abroad programs, and University 101.
My teaching evaluations in my former position at Zayed University averaged 4.84/5 for 14 different courses, attesting to my effectiveness.
I integrate technology in all course formats - including face-to-face, asynchronous Blackboard, and synchronous Zoom courses - using breakout groups, writing workshops, and mindfulness techniques to engage students more deeply in the content.
I am equipped to teach Bachelor, Master, or Doctoral courses that focus on higher education and student affairs, educational research, policy and politics, quantitative research, qualitative research methods, cultural and diversity foundations, and international and global education.
See individual pages for teaching evaluations from several courses that I have taught.
