I was the instructor of record for several undergraduate semester-long courses, including one that had a service learning spring break component. I also co-taught two Maymester study abroad programs to Iceland and Ecuador along with adjunct faculty members Dr. Gene Luna and Dr. Jeannie Weingarth.
