Practitioner Experience

My work as a practitioner has spanned different countries, focus areas, and institutional contexts. My focus has always remained on the holistic success of underrepresented and marginalized students, particularly international and immigrant students. My research and teaching agendas reflect the experiences and skills that I gained as a practitioner.
